Read: Why Bush is unimpeachable - Cracks appear in the constitution

Just read this article - what do you think of it? I think, after all this could really be a problem, which was not considered by the Founding Fathers. If the majority in House and Senate is in the same party the president is, they won't impeach him, even if he deserves it (be it Bush or another president, the same could happen to a Democratic president with Democratic House and Senate, too). After all, there should be a definitively independent power watching Administration, House and Senate. But who would be so independent?
